John Mulaney hints he is married to Olivia Munn as he shares a photo with a wedding band on his ring finger – then quickly takes the image down

John Mulaney got the internet riled up when he posted a sweet picture with his son.

The comedian was wearing a wedding ring, leading fans to believe he secretly married Olivia Munn, 43.

In the snap, he was eating a baked potato at a cluttered table with his son Malcolm, two, standing next to him wearing a t-shirt that said: ‘Yes, I know I look like my Daddy.’

The Everybody’s In LA host, 41, didn’t caption the post, but he did tag Father’s Day. 

He deleted the picture rather quickly and replaced it with two photos of them playing with bubble wrap, which fans thought was suspicious.

‘It’s weirder that he deleted it than it is for them to get married TBH. Like it feels weird to go out of your way to hide that you got married,’ one fan wrote. 

While not wanting to break such potentially big news so casually could be one reason the comedian took the photo down, it should also be noted that the couple haven’t often shown their son’s full face on social media.

In the deleted photo, Malcolm was looking down at the table but more of his face was visible than usual. 

Other fans surmised that Olivia’s recent breast cancer diagnosis may have moved up their nuptials since priorities could have changed. 

Whatever the case is, the couple will reveal they’re married (or not) when they are ready to.

Olivia also shared a sweet post on Instagram on Father’s Day. She took a short video of John and their son walking down to their pool.

She posted it on her Instagram Stories and captioned it: ‘He’s the best. And he’s the best. Happy Father’s Day @johnmulaney.’

Munn and Mulaney have been together since 2021 and recently the X-Men: Apocalypse star had her eggs frozen for future IVF procedures before she had a hysterectomy as chemotherapy and radiation can affect a person’s fertility.

‘After my diagnosis, we decided to try one more round of egg retrievals and hoped it was a good month,’ she told Vogue on Mother’s Day.

She also revealed at that time that she had tried the procedure on three different occasions – when she was 33, 39 and most recently 42.

‘John and I talked about it a lot and we don’t feel like we’re done growing our family, but didn’t know if I would have to do chemotherapy or radiation,’ she added.

Ultimately, doctors retrieved seven eggs from the procedure, though their viability was questioned, as Olivia shared that only about one in 10 eggs typically yield a healthy embryo for women in her age range. 

‘A few hours later, we got the call from my doctor. He shared that we had two healthy embryos,’ the actress recalled.

‘John and I just started crying. It was just so exciting because not only did we get it in one retrieval, but it also meant that I didn’t have to keep putting myself at risk. It was just amazing,’ Olivia said.
