These Hallmark Stars Might Have the Oddest Divorce Settlement

These pet mothers and fathers are taking their divorce to a total new stage.

Hallmark movie stars Shantel VanSanten and Victor Webster recently finalized their April 2023 divorce, and their settlement includes something not generally found: late fees for pet custody.

In accordance to the court paperwork attained by Us Weekly, Victor will have custody of their puppy Nova, but the One Tree Hill alum will have visitation rights. And if Shantel has Nova for an extended interval of time, she is demanded to send her ex updates about the pup’s area. Furthermore, if she will take Nova for for a longer time than 3 weeks, she should pay Victor $10,000 for every day that the dog is not returned.

The paperwork also noted that the couple’s cats, Finnegan and Phillippa, are in the custody of Victor’s brother Vince Webster. As for their finances, neither will receive spousal support but Shantel will pay $25,000 to equalize the break up of their Los Angeles property.
