Police have arrested two males and a lady on suspicion of homicide after a new child child was discovered lifeless outdoors a property in Ipswich.
Suffolk Police stated officers and paramedics have been referred to as to Norwich Highway within the east England city at 12.35pm on Saturday after receiving reviews of the tragic discover.
