Mohamed Al Fil Bashh, aged 10 months, died alongside his 10-year-old brother Fares and seven-year-old sister Jory. A 42-year-old lady has been arrested on suspicion of homicide.

Avon and Somerset Police mentioned it had notified the Unbiased Workplace for Police Conduct (IOPC) concerning the incident as a result of officers had had earlier contact with the family. The IOPC mentioned this contact had taken place earlier this month.
