UK Info Commissioner John Edwards revealed the potential effective might have been £5.6m

The Police Service of Northern Eire (PSNI) might be fined £750,000 for a serious information breach final 12 months.

Following the breach final summer season, the PSNI confirmed that the knowledge was within the palms of dissident republicans, amongst others.

The Info Commissioner’s Workplace has introduced that the proposed effective might be imposed on the PSNI “for failing to guard the private data of its complete workforce”.
