Gentleman in Scream-Like Mask Allegedly Killed Neighbor With Chainsaw

Pennsylvania law enforcement may have a authentic-life horror film on their hands.

Zak Russel Moyer, 30, was arrested on March 25 after allegations that he fatally attacked his neighbor Edward Whitehead Jr. when putting on a mask and costume “steady with the Scream movie character,” according to a police affidavit received by E! News.

In the March 26 legal complaint, Pennsylvania Condition Police reported they showed up at a residence in Lehighton Borough in the afternoon on March 25 following receiving stories of an assault in progress. On arriving on the scene, the state troopers found a 59-12 months-aged gentleman struggling from lifestyle-threatening accidents that appeared to be induced by a “piercing item.” The sufferer, determined as Whitehead Jr., was then transported to the clinic, wherever he was later pronounced dead. 

As their investigation continued, trooper Anthony Petroski explained that police learned Whitehead Jr. was actually “struck a number of situations with a knife and a battery-operated chainsaw.”
